The problem
ParkForU runs valet parking for travellers flying out of Toronto Pearson. The founders had a clear idea for running the service online, but a previous developer had not delivered it, and reservations, payments and car handovers were being managed across disconnected tools.
What we built
We designed and built the platform on one real-time backend: iOS and Android apps and a website where travellers book their parking, pay, and arrange curbside drop-off and pick-up, plus a dashboard where the ParkForU team manages reservations, rates, arrivals and returns. We delivered it in roughly half the time the founders had been quoted.
Outcome
ParkForU went from concept to a production platform it uses to serve its customers and grow. In the founder’s words, it “helped us service our clients and grow in a short period of time.”
